Thank you for purchasing Slinsed products! To ensure your rights and protect your interests, please take a moment to read our Warranty Policy carefully.
Limited Warranty & Lifetime Customer Support
This Limited Warranty and Lifetime Customer Support applies exclusively to eligible products purchased directly from Slinsed Authorized Stores. It excludes accessories or consumable items like filters and brushes. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and the original product only, and it is non-transferable.
Slinsed warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household conditions, provided the product is maintained according to the guidelines in the Owner's Guide.
What is Covered by This Warranty?
- Defective Products: If the unit or its non-wearable parts are deemed defective by Slinsed, we will repair or replace the product for up to 12 months from the original purchase date.
- Replacement Products: If we issue a replacement unit, the warranty on the replacement ends once the replacement is delivered.
- Replacement Accessories: If a replacement accessory is issued, it will be covered by the warranty only once. Additional replacements will not be issued for the same accessory.
- Right to Replace or Repair: Slinsed reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.
- Shipping Costs: Slinsed will cover the return freight and reshipment costs (via ground shipping) for warranty claims that meet eligibility requirements.
Remedies Under Warranty
At Slinsed's sole discretion, we may choose to:
- Repair the defective unit with new, equivalent, or refurbished parts.
- Replace the unit with a new or refurbished unit of identical model or similar functionality.
- Refund the purchase price of the unit (excluding taxes and shipping costs).
What is Not Covered by This Warranty?
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper Use: Damage resulting from failure to follow the product's instructions.
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear, accidents, misuse, neglect, or damage from external causes such as water, natural disasters, or extreme conditions.
- Improper Installation or Maintenance: Defects caused by improper installation or failure to maintain the product.
- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any defects caused by disassembly, unauthorized modifications, or repairs by third parties.
- Commercial Use: Machines used for commercial, industrial, or other non-household applications.
- Second-hand Products: Products purchased second-hand or received as gifts.
- Tampering or Alterations: Damage caused by tampering or unauthorized alterations.
- Free Products: Free products and promotional giveaways are not covered by this warranty.
- Overseas Purchases: Machines purchased from overseas markets are not covered by the warranty.
For external power supplies, the warranty excludes:
- Physical Damage: Power supplies with obvious external damage, such as cracks, broken components, or severe deformation.
- Broken Cords: Power cords that are broken, have exposed wires, or are similarly damaged.
- Non-original Adapters: Using an adapter that is not the original one supplied with the product.
