Returns and Exchanges
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, simply contact us at contact@slinsed.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you notice any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was delivered, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Defective or Broken Items After Use
If your item is defective or malfunctions within 14 days of receiving it, you may return it at your own expense. After we receive the item, we will issue you store credit for the full value, which can be used to reorder the product.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please email us at contact@slinsed.com to obtain the return address.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you have 14 days after receiving it to initiate the exchange. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. For the fastest exchange process, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order once your return is accepted.
Incorrect Product
If we sent you the wrong item, you have 14 days to return it at your own expense. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, hygiene items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you're unsure whether an item qualifies for return, feel free to contact us. Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at contact@slinsed.com.
